		<description>I would have liked to use this stuff for my basement family room, but alas, it was just too much money. Installing fiberglass batts on my own was far, far cheaper, and while they&#039;re not perfect sealants, they&#039;ve done a decent job thus far, I think, with solidifying the temperature and definitely with deadening the sounds from the first floor (I insulated the ceiling of the basement as well).
